Why haven’t I received loyalty points?

If points have not been credited, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The crediting period has not ended yet. Points are credited in 2 business days after check-out or two days after the specified payment deadline (if it is later than the departure date).

  • The booking was not paid on time. In this case, points for the booking will not be credited.

If the order was paid on time and more than 60 business days have passed since the guest checked out of the hotel, and points have still not been credited, please contact your account manager.
