Program Conditions

For bookings on our website, you can earn bonus points, which can later be used to pay for new bookings. The loyalty program’s conditions are as follows:

  • 1 point = 1 euro

  • you can start using points from the first booking onwards

  • orders must be paid for within the specified period in the booking details in the "Personal Account” in order to earn points

How do you earn points?

  • Book a hotel on Roundtrip.

  • Pay for the booking on time. Note that bank transfers may take several business days. Please initiate transfers in advance.

  • Wait for points to be credited 60 days after the guest’s departure.

How many points are credited for an order?

The number of points you will receive for an order is indicated on the hotel page beside the “Book” button. Points are not awarded for all rates. If you don’t see how many points you will earn, it means that they are not awarded for that rate. In the “Orders” section, you can see the number of points that will be credited for completed bookings.

Rules for redeeming points:

Points can be used to pay for bookings. However, there are several rules:

  • you can pay with points for up to 50% of the booking cost

  • you can redeem no more than 400 points per calendar month

  • points can be used within 730 days from the date of accrual

How do you use points to pay for a booking?

  1. On the booking page, select the payment method “Bank card at the time of booking”.

  2. Check the “Pay with points” box.

  3. Choose how many points you want to redeem.

Then, the amount to be paid will be recalculated, and the remaining balance must be paid with a bank card.

Note: if you cancel a booking that was partially paid for using points, the points will not be refunded.
