If you have made a non-cash payment, but the status of the request is still “Not Paid”, it is possible that the payment has not yet been allocated to the request, and the funds are recorded in your account as an overpayment.

When are payments allocated?

Payments are allocated to requests twice a day on business days.

  • Payments received before 5:00 p.m. are allocated after 5:00 p.m. (GMT+3).

  • Payments received after 5:00 p.m. are allocated during the first half of the next business day (GMT+3).

How can I check if I have an overpayment?

Information about overpayment can be found on the main page of the “Financial Information” section.

How can I use an overpayment?

If there is an overpayment and it is sufficient to cover the order, go to the “Reporting” section – “Unpaid Invoices”. Find the necessary order, click the “Pay from Overpayment” button, and confirm the action.

What should I do if there is no overpayment?

If there is no overpayment, please send your account manager the payment order with the bank’s note about the debit. Your account manager will help locate the payment.

Important: in the payment order, specify the purpose of the payment as stated in the invoice (example below) – otherwise, the system will not be able to recognize it.
