What changes can you make for multiple employees at once? The “Multi-editing” feature allows you to modify up to 500 profiles simultaneously.
Here’s what you can do:
- Assign/change a cost center 
- Assign/change a travel policy 
- Assign/modify a contract 
- Disable or enable access 
- Delete multiple employees. Important: It is not possible to restore employees afterward, and you will have to add them again, if necessary. 
How to make changes:
- Open the “Employees” section. 
- Select the profiles you want to modify and click “Edit”. 
- Make the necessary changes and click “Save”. 
- Confirm the action.
