How do you download a report in Excel format?

Roundtrip’s Excel reports let you export and download your business travel data in a convenient spreadsheet format.

This feature provides two types of reports:

  • By orders — based on the date the service was provided.

  • By expenses — based on the payment date.

To download an Excel report, follow these simple steps:

  1. Select the desired period.

  2. Choose one or more services.

  3. In the built-in search field, type in and select the data you need to include in the report. For extra convenience, use the drop-down list with hints.

  4. Click “Download.”

What types of Excel reports are available?

There are two types of Excel reports available to best suit your company's reporting needs:

  • By orders — this filter will show orders based on the date the service was provided.

  • By expenses — this filter will show orders based on the payment date, making it easier to manage and analyze your company’s finances.

For which travel services can I download a report?

You can generate Excel reports for all travel services available on Roundtrip:

  • Hotels

  • Airline tickets

  • Train tickets

  • Transfers

  • Car rentals

This ensures a complete overview of your business travel, all conveniently compiled in one report.

What data can I download?

Roundtrip’s Excel reports give you more control over travel information. You can easily customize your report by selecting the data that matters to your business. Simply select a travel service to open a dropdown menu — the built-in search function will help you quickly find and select the fields you need for clear, actionable insights.

In the report, the following data can be downloaded:

  • Order number

  • Order status

  • Creation date

  • User’s email address

  • Cost center

  • Invoice number

  • Trip ID

  • And much more — select from dozens of additional fields

The chosen parameters will be saved for future downloads.
