The transfer can be canceled free of charge 24 hours before the trip begins. If the order was paid for, the funds will be refunded to the account or card according to the terms of the agreement.

Less than 24 hours before the trip, receiving a refund for a paid order is impossible. If the order was not paid, according to the terms of the agreement, you will need to pay a penalty of 100% of the order cost.

If using a balance, the funds will be returned on the day of cancellation.

If using a credit card, within 3–40 business days (the exact timeframe depends on the bank).
