Open the "Transfer" tab.
Specify the starting and ending points of the trip, date and time in the destination's local time zone, the number of passengers (please, don't forget to separately indicate the number of children).
Choose the desired transfer option using filters. Pay attention to the type of vehicle, maximum number of passengers and luggage, and the duration of the trip.
Fill out the booking form, providing the passenger's name(s) in Latin letters, the text for the sign that will meet the passengers, and the phone number of the arrivals.
If you are traveling with sports equipment or animals, please specify this when placing your order.
Provide information about car seats if there are children under 12 among the passengers. The driver has the right to refuse the trip if the child is not provided with a car seat appropriate for their age and height.
If you need an airport transfer, you can specify the flight number for tracking in the format DDXXXX, where:
DD — the airline code
XXXX — the flight number.
Note that the number of characters may vary. If you arrive by train, cruise ship, or other non-flight means of transportation, please do not specify its number.
In the "Comments" section, you can leave wishes in English. Upon receiving your comment on the order, we will contact the service provider to clarify the feasibility. Once we have the information, we will inform you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all wishes as they are at the discretion of the provider, but we will do everything in our power.
Before payment, carefully check all the details of the order and read the tariff rules. After processing, a voucher confirming the transfer order will be sent to your email, and you can also always find and download it in the order card.
