How to Minimize Penalties?

Each booking has a free cancellation period. When it expires, the system imposes a penalty in accordance with the tariff terms. The penalty amount can be viewed in the booking details or the booking cancellation window.

You can request a penalty reduction if you need to cancel a booking due to reasons beyond your control. To do this, after canceling the booking:

  1. Contact customer support at [email protected].

  2. Attach documents to your request that explain the reason for the cancellation, such as a visa rejection.

We will coordinate your request with the supplier or hotel, which may take up to 30 days.

We understand that cancellations sometimes happen for reasons beyond your or your colleague's control, so we will do our best to persuade the hotel or supplier to reduce the penalty. Unfortunately, since this is solely our initiative, we cannot guarantee a full or partial reduction of penalties.
