How to add the "Early Check-In" and "Late Check-Out" service?

You can filter hotels offering these services during the search phase. If a hotel offers early check-in or late check-out, it will be included in the results.

Important: You can add this service to a booking for at least two nights.

To do this:

  1. Enter the desired check-in and/or check-out times on the search page.

  2. Select a suitable hotel from the list.

  3. The cost of the service will be added to the total amount. To see details, hover your cursor over the information icon in the "Early Check-In/Late Check-Out" section.

  4. If the conditions are suitable for you, click "Select."

  5. You will see corresponding checkmarks on the "Enhance Conditions" section on the payment page.

This service only affects the check-in and check-out times. Meals, if needed, should be ordered separately. For example, with an early check-in, you can check in before 2:00 PM, but it does not include an additional breakfast.

If you cannot find a suitable hotel, it means that they do not offer early check-in or late check-out service online, but you can request it through customer support.

The service cost will be reflected in your "Personal Account" in the booking details and other information. It will be included in the total booking amount in the report.
