Any changes to a transfer booking (route, time, car class) can be made through customer support 24 hours before the trip begins. We do not charge a fee for making amendments, but the cost of the booking under new conditions may change:
If you decide to make changes before the trip begins, we will update the default order details, then generate and send a new voucher.
If changes are needed just before or during the trip, the driver will inform you whether the trip cost will increase. In such a case, you will need to pay the difference to the driver in cash in the local currency.
