Before proceeding with the refund, please take note of the exchange and refund conditions specified in the fare under which the ticket was purchased. Once you click the "Refund Ticket" button, your request will be forwarded to the support team, and a support representative will contact you to confirm the refund terms.
Go to the "Orders" > "Flights" section and select the relevant order.
Click the "Refund Ticket" button.
Once the airline confirms the refund, the money will be returned to your account within five minutes.
