If the booking is unpaid
You can simply cancel an unpaid booking and then create a new one with the desired changes. To cancel a flight:
Go to the "Orders" > "Flights" section and select the relevant booking.
Click the "Cancel" button.
Create a new order considering the changes you wish to make.
If this option doesn't suit your needs, you can send a request for booking modification to our customer support.
If the booking is paid
Changes that can be made to a paid and issued ticket depend on the airline's rules. These are usually minor corrections, such as typos in passenger names.
