Create a new booking.
Contact our support service, specifying that this booking is an extension of an existing one.
If there are no available rooms, send a request to our support team. We will confirm room availability, add the extension cost to your invoice, and update your voucher.
Shortening a Booking
Ensure that there are available rooms on the dates you need.
Create a new booking.
Cancel the old one.
If the booking is non-refundable or there are no available rooms on the website, please send a request to our support service. We will check the possibility of shortening the booking and update the voucher and cost accordingly.
