How to Pay for a Hotel with a Bank Card?

You can use both debit and credit cards. There will be no fees for card payments – we cover the acquiring expenses.

You can pay for your reservation with a card in two ways:

  1. At the time of booking;

  2. After booking, if the payment method "Bank transfer, bank card, or payment link" was initially selected.

To pay for your booking with a card at the time of booking, follow these steps:

  1. Choose the desired hotel and rate;

  2. On the booking page, select "Pay with a card at the time of booking";

  3. Choose the currency in which you want to make the payment;

  4. Click "Proceed to payment";

  5. Fill in your bank card details and click "Book".

In the event of canceling a paid reservation without a penalty or with a partial penalty, the money will be automatically refunded to the card used for payment. Typically, the refund process takes seven working days.

To pay for a booking with a card after it has been made, follow these steps:

  1. Choose the desired hotel and rate;

  2. On the booking page, select "Bank transfer, bank card, or payment link";

  3. Click "Book now";

  4. Open the "Orders" or "Reporting" section in your "Personal account";

  5. Select the order in which you want to change the payment method;

  6. Click "Pay by card" at the bottom of the order card;

  7. Fill in your bank card details and confirm the payment.

Important! You can pay for your reservation with a card:

  • For a single booking (the presence or absence of additional services doesn't matter);

  • Only in full. If you have already paid for the hotel from an overpayment, you cannot use a card to pay for additional services;

  • With free cancellation - at any time before the penalty period or the end of the free cancellation period;

  • For a non-refundable rate, it is within three working days from the order save date.

We accept cards from payment systems such as MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, AMEX, Discover, Dinners Club, and UnionPay. After the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt of the transaction to the email address used for the reservation.
