How do I cancel an order?

  1. Click on the “Orders tab.

  2. Find the order you need to cancel and click on it.

  3. Click on the “Cancel” button to confirm the cancelation.

Please read the cancelation policy carefully. If the booking is non-refundable or partially refundable, you still need to cancel it so the order will appear correctly in the closing documents.

Important: if the order has already been paid by non-cash payment and you cancel it without a penalty or with a partial penalty, the amount of the refund is credited to the “Overpay” balance. You can use these funds to pay for other orders or return them to your current account. For the latter option, send a letter with a request for a refund to your account manager (letter template is in the attachment).

If the order has been paid by bank card and you cancel it without a penalty or with a partial penalty, the funds will be automatically returned to the bank card that was used for payment. As a rule, it usually takes seven banking days for the refund.
